Call the Help Desk to reset Microsoft Authenticator
The Help Desk can reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods so you can set up Microsoft Authenticator on your new phone. MFA methods cannot be reset through this website.
Download Microsoft Authenticator
Install the app on your new phone. After the Help Desk resets your MFA methods, follow their instructions to set it up.
Before you call: Have your account information ready so the Help Desk can verify your identity.
