Unfortunately, the company our Terra State mobile app was hosted with has lost iPhone support, and our app will no longer be available for iPhones. The app was created as a short-term plan for mobile users until we launched a fully-responsive Terra.edu. With the website update this past January, our site is now mobile friendly, and many of the same information on the app can be viewed on your phones, as well. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will continue to explore potential options for the future.
Book Voucher Change
The book voucher process changed in the Summer of 2019, effecting all future semesters. If you created a new voucher for the Summer 2019 semester, it will roll forward to future semesters. If you need to create a voucher for the Fall 2019 semester, proceed to the Transfer of Excess Financial Aid form under the ‘Student’ tab in your Banner Self-Service (click here for more detailed instructions). Any voucher prior to Summer 2019 semester has been zeroed out.
Beginning August 14th for the Fall 2019 semester, once you have created the book voucher, after 12 p.m. on the following business day you will see a line indicating ‘Bookstore Charge’ under Banner Self-Service > Student > Student Account > Account Detail for Term. Having a ‘Bookstore Charge’ means your voucher is in the bookstore and you can view how much is available in your account.
The library at Terra State Community College will no longer ask for your Social Security Number to request items from OhioLINK. Instead, you will need to enter your T# (letter T followed by 8 digits).

Title IV Consent Completion Reminder
Do you have your Title IV Consent completed so that it clears your account charges (ex: tuition/fees, Installment Payment Plan, housing charges, etc.) if you have Financial Aid? Find it on Banner Self Service > Student Tab > Student account > left side forms, Title IV Consent. If you did the Transfer of Excess Financial Aid for your book voucher, you already completed the Title IV Consent.

Degree Evaluation Feature
The College is pleased to announce that the CAPP Degree Evaluation Feature is now available in Banner Self-Service. CAPP is the acronym for Curriculum, Advising, and Program Planning and it tracks your progress toward completion of your degree requirements. CAPP searches through in-progress courses, transfer credit, and courses taken at Terra State to find courses that match your degree requirements. Your evaluation can be generated and viewed at any time by using the attached instructions.
Financial Aid disbursement processor
Terra State Community College will issue your financial aid disbursements or refunds through BankMobile Disbursements. Please check your Terra State account for an email from BankMobile Disbursements. Also, you should have received a Refund Selection kit in the mail from BankMobile Disbursements. Please log on to RefundSelection.com and select your refund option.
ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT If you open a BankMobile Vibe account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.
PAPER CHECK DELIVERED BY USPS A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 10-14 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class Mail® delivery timeframes.

This is to remind you that if you can apply for federal student aid for the school year. Go to www.fafsa.gov, select "Start Here" to login. You will be given the option to complete a FAFSA renewal that has much of your application data from last year. If you have not filed taxes, just select will file and use estimated tax information. You can then use the IRS data retrieval tool after you have filed your taxes to avoid turning in your tax documents to the Financial Aid Office!

Banner Self-Service Registration
The College is in the process of transitioning to a new student information system. Students will be asked to use Banner Self-Service (new system) to register for summer and fall courses.
