Registration is now open for Fall 2023 semester!

Schedule a meeting with your academic advisor to ensure you get the classes you want when you want to take them! You can find your academic advisor's contact information below.

If you have already worked with an Advisor or faculty member and know what classes you must take, you can log in to Banner Self-Service to register. 


If you need to meet with an Academic Advisor, you can schedule an appointment below. Look at the following listing of Advisors and find your Degree/Major. Once you find your Degree/Major under the correct advisor, click that advisor booking link to schedule an appointment.

Drop-in Math and Writing Labs are available  in the Academic Service Center on the first floor of Bldg. B

Writing Lab:  Monday – Thursday from 10 a.m – 4 p.m.

Math Lab:  Monday/Wednesday:  12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. 

                      Tuesday/Thursday:   10 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Important FYI dates from the Cashier's Office

Here are the important dates to remember from the Cashier's Office. For information on how to schedule a payment plan, please visit To make arrangements for a past-due payment, please complete the following form and submit it to the Cashier's Office:

The 1098Ts are in the Mail as of 4 p.m. Jan. 31st, 2023, and have been mailed as required by the IRS to the current address on the Student Account. 

The information will also be available on the Banner Self-Service. These forms are required to be postmarked and available by Jan. 31st.

  • The 1098T is also available on the student Banner Self Service: Student Tab > Student Account > Tax Notification on the left side.
  • The form is on the Banner Self-Service, along with information explaining the calculations presented. 
  • Anyone who paid out of pocket should receive or use Financial Aid Loans for course fees could receive the 1098T showing the qualified payment amount.
  • Students can review or print their semester charges, if needed, from their Banner Self-Service: Student Tab > Student Account > Detail for Term

The Counseling Center staff provides individual mental health counseling services to help students with academic, emotional, psychological, social, and behavioral problems. Our basic purpose is to help students cope with, or resolve, problems that create distress in daily living and interfere with academic success at Terra State Community College. The Counseling Center is in the General Technologies Building (Building B), room B105.

Terra State's Scheduled System Maintenance

Every Monday-Thursday Mornings between 6:30-7:45 am Terra State will perform computer system maintenance that may affect Terra State’s computer systems. This may result in intermittent outages. For any questions or concerns, please get in touch with the Helpdesk.

FAFSA applications are now open for the 2023-2024 school year! Funds are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students planning to attend in Summer 2023, Fall 2023, or Spring 2024 should complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA and use 2021 tax information.

Title IV Consent Completion Reminder

Do you have your Title IV Consent completed so that it clears your account charges (ex: tuition/fees, Installment Payment Plan, housing charges, etc.) if you have Financial Aid?  Find it on Banner Self Service > Student Tab > Student account > left side forms, Title IV Consent.  You completed the Title IV Consent if you did the Transfer of Excess Financial Aid for your book voucher.

We have also received some comments regarding issues with payments, so please review the following if you experience the same:

  1. Browsers that work best are Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.
  2. You may need to clear your browser cookies and cache.
  3. If you're having trouble loading the site, you may need to let the webpage accept pop-ups so that the site completes its loading process.
  4. If using a debit card, there may be a daily spending limit.  You must contact your bank to ask about a daily limit and explain you are trying to make a larger transaction.
