Register for the spring semester by December 10th to be eligible for free books the semester! Schedule a time to meet with your advisor to get registered, or come to one of the following open registration events in A200, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Spring 2022 Fees have been activated and are available on the student accounts.  Students can find their Spring 2022 charges on their Banner Self Service > Student Tab > Student Account > Account Detail for Term (choose Spring 2022).  Payments can be made using your Banner Self Service, see tutorial further down on this Announcements Page.  To make a payment over the phone using your debit or credit card, please call the Cashiers office at 419.559.2329 or come to the Cashier's Office in A200 to make the payment in person.  At this time, Financial Aid is not yet posted on the accounts.  Be sure that you have your Financial Aid requirements completed so that your Aid can be posted to your account. 


Class registration for spring 2022 is now open and Banner Self-Service has a new look and screens for student registration. Please click to watch this video to learn how to navigate Banner to register for your classes. If you need further assistance with scheduling, please reach out to your Academic Advisor or Success Coach.


The College is pleased to announce that the Degree Works degree evaluation feature is now available in Banner Self-Service. Degree Works tracks your progress toward completion of your degree requirements in real time. It searches through in-progress courses, transfer credit, and courses taken at Terra State to find courses that match your degree requirements. Your evaluation can be generated and viewed by you and your advisors on demand.

Terra State's Scheduled System Maintenance

Every Monday-Thursday Mornings between 6:30-7:45 am Terra State will perform computer system maintenance that may affect Terra State’s computer systems. This may result in intermittent outages. For any question or concern, please contact the Helpdesk.

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities to be on campus

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) provides career counseling that helps students with disabilities identify a solid career path. To support the students along the way, OOD also provides: 

• Placement assistance and on the job support for internships, co-op experiences and employment after graduation 

• Assistive technology (mainstream or specialized) 

• Work incentives planning. 

• And much more

Book Vouchers

Book vouchers will be available to use in the CollegeStore beginning January 3, 2022 through March 26, 2022. Please be sure to submit your authorization early - these must be completed by 11:59 p.m. to be available the next business day at noon.


FAFSA applications are now open for the 2021-2022 school year! Funds are given out on a first come first serve basis. With the impact COVID-19 had on many families, it is more important than ever to complete the application soon.

Title IV Consent Completion Reminder

Do you have your Title IV Consent completed so that it clears your account charges (ex: tuition/fees, Installment Payment Plan, housing charges, etc.) if you have Financial Aid?  Find it on Banner Self Service > Student Tab > Student account > left side forms, Title IV Consent.  If you did the Transfer of Excess Financial Aid for your book voucher, you already completed the Title IV Consent.

We have also received some comments regarding issues with payments, so please review the following if you experience the same:

  1. Browsers that work best are Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
  2. You may need to clear your browser cookies and cache.
  3. If you're having trouble loading the site, you may need to let the webpage accept pop ups so that site completes its loading process.
  4. If using a debit card, there may be a daily spending limit.  You will need to contact your bank to ask about a daily limit and explain you are trying to make a larger transaction.
