Summer and Fall Registration
The summer and fall 2017 course schedules are available for viewing in Banner Self-Service or from the Terra State homepage. You’re encouraged to see an academic or career advisor or faculty advisor. If you wish to see an academic or career advisor please call 419.559.2349 or stop by A100 to schedule an appointment. Advisors are available during the traditional workday, Monday and Thursday evenings, and some Saturday’s.

NEW Degree Evaluation Feature
The College is pleased to announce that the CAPP Degree Evaluation Feature is now available in Banner Self-Service. CAPP is the acronym for Curriculum, Advising, and Program Planning and it tracks your progress toward completion of your degree requirements. CAPP searches through in-progress courses, transfer credit, and courses taken at Terra State to find courses that match your degree requirements. Your evaluation can be generated and viewed at any time by using the attached instructions.
New Financial Aid disbursement processor
Terra State Community College will issue your financial aid disbursements or refunds through BankMobile Disbursements. Please check your Terra State account for an email from BankMobile Disbursements. Also, you should have received a Refund Selection kit in the mail from BankMobile Disbursements. Please log on to RefundSelection.com and select your refund option.
ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT
Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT
If you open a BankMobile Vibe account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.
PAPER CHECK DELIVERED BY USPS
A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class Mail® delivery timeframes.

This is to remind you that if you can apply for federal student aid for the school year. Go to www.fafsa.gov, select "Start Here" to log in. You will be given the option to complete a FAFSA renewal that has much of your application data from last year. If you have not filed taxes, just select will file and use estimated tax information. You can then use the IRS data retrieval tool after you have filed your taxes to avoid turning in your tax documents to the Financial Aid Office!

Book vouchers will not be available to use in the CollegeStore until Wednesday, August 17, 2016. Please be sure to submit your authorization early - these must be completed by 11:59 p.m. to be available the next business day at noon.

The College is in the process of transitioning to a new student information system. Students will be asked to use Banner Self-Service (new system) to register for summer and fall courses.
