If Financial Aid or other Sponsorship is not on the student account, Payment Plan must be completed with first payment and submitted to the Cashier's Office on or before August 23, 2014.

As of November 01, 2014, the Student ThunderCloud H Drive at Terra State will be removed from the network, please be sure to remove all your important documents to your flash drive, a DVD, or to your new free Office 365 drive. Your Terra email is now available on the cloud with Office 365.
This new service will provide you with expanded space to store your email and files. You will also have access to the Microsoft Office 365 software suite.

Apply for Spring 2015 Graduation now
The deadline to apply for Spring 2015 graduation is October 22nd, 2014. Forms may be picked up at the records office or found here.
If your personal email is on file with Terra, you can use it to reset your password. Just click the "Forgot Password" button on the Terra Single Sign-On screen and follow the instructions.
To update your personal email log into Single Sign-On and click the link for your Student Portal. In the portal click the Edit Address button on the left side, then click the Edit button on one of the address records. Enter your personal email in the Alternate Email box. You may enter a different email in each of the Home and Local addresses. When you reset your password the reset link will be sent to the email address that you specify after clicking the “Forgot Password” button.

As you may have heard, a security bug has been detected in sites that use SSL. Many of our sites such as my.terra.edu use this protocol. We have tested the sites and have verified that all vulnerabilities have been fixed. To ensure data security we recommend that you change the password for your Terra account.
Terra State Community College will issue your financial aid disbursements or refunds through Higher One. Please check your Terra account for an email from Higher One. Also, you should have received a My One card through the mail from Higher One. Please log on to MyOneMoney.com and select your refund option:

This is to remind you that if you can apply for federal student aid for the school year. Go to www.fafsa.gov, select "Start Here" to log in. You will be given the option to complete a FAFSA Renewal that has much of your application data from last year. If you have not filed taxes, just select will file and use estimated tax information. You can then use the IRS data retrieval tool after you have filed your taxes to avoid turning in your tax documents to the Financial Aid Office!

eTutoring.org is a new, free, online tutoring service offered to Terra Community College Students. Just go to www.etutoring.org, click "login now", choose "Ohio etutoring collaborative" and select "Terra Community College". You can receive help with the subjects of: Accounting, biology, chemistry, math, statistics, calculus, and writing!
