Financial aid awards for the 25/26 academic year are being processed. Please check your Banner Self-Service or your Terra State email account for your award notification and to see if there are any outstanding requirements for your financial aid account.
If you have completed the FAFSA and do not see a financial aid award, please log back into the FAFSA and make sure that you added Terra State as a school to receive your information. Our school code is 008278. Remember that it takes 3-5 business days from the time the Department of Education processes your FAFSA for Terra State to receive the information.
If you have not completed the FAFSA you will want to do so as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please contact the Office of Student Financial Aid at 419.559.2344 or financialaid@terra.edu for assistance.
In partnership with Sandusky County, Terra State offers a Wireless Emergency Notification System (Regroup) to keep students, faculty, and staff informed during emergency situations. This free service delivers real-time alerts regarding weather-related closures, campus emergencies, delays, and severe weather warnings such as tornado warnings or watches.
We strongly encourage all members of the campus community to register for this service. By doing so, you’ll receive timely and essential safety information directly to your preferred device. In addition to text and email notifications, critical updates will also be posted online at terra.edu, CANVAS, My.Terra announcements, canvas and news stations.
For the safety and well-being of our campus community, please visit the Terra State Alert Notification System to enter your contact information and select your notification preferences.
Important Notes:
What is Phishing?
Phishing is a cyber threat that commonly uses email to steal account credentials and personal information. In some cases, it can also deploy malware. While email is the most common method, phishing attempts also occur through text messages and phone calls. Cybercriminals are getting sneakier—and college inboxes are prime targets. Don’t let a fake email ruin your day!
