If your card was issued prior to Spring Semester 2008, you will need to get a new Student ID card. The encoding on the back of the card has changed. It’s easy to get a new card. Just take your old student ID card to the Help Desk in B308 and you can get a new one that will identify you as a Terra student. Your new card will be able to be read in all of the Card Reading devices on campus.
You can print or make copies by entering your 5 digit student ID number into either the Virtual Cash Acceptor or the release station next to the BAtrium printer or in the LRC.
Printing--No. Printing is attached to your student user name. You can only use your student ID to release print jobs attached to your student username. Other students cannot access your print jobs.
Copying--Yes. When copying, you can have your friend swipe their Student ID Card or enter their ID number to enable copying with the printer in the BAtrium and in the LRC. However, money will be taken off your friend's account for your copies. MONIES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BETWEEN ACCOUNTS.

To add money to your print account, you will need to go to building B of the third floor Atrium. and insert money in the Virtual Cash Acceptor next to the printer. You will then slide your Student ID Card or enter your 5-digit student ID number and follow the directions on the Screen. DO NOT put more money on your account than you will use. There are NO REFUNDS.
Yes, your print account money will roll over to the next semester. The money in your print account that isn’t used in one semester will be available on your account for the next semester. FYI: DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH MONEY ON YOUR STUDENT ID ACCOUNT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Your student account remains active for approximately one year after you are no longer a student. You may use the funds in your print account any time until your account becomes inactive. FYI: DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH MONEY ON YOUR STUDENT ID ACCOUNT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
No, the Singles card will no longer work. If you have one of these cards, you may bring your old printing card to the Help Desk in B308 where the card balance will be checked and the balance credited to your new Student ID card account
A PIN is a four-digit numbered code that you will be prompted to enter the first time that you print or add monies to your Student ID printing account. The 4-digit number that you enter will be your PIN number which you will use every time that you print. REMEMBER YOUR PIN NUMBER!
Go to the Help Desk in B308 or B309 where your PIN# will be erased and you will then reset your PIN at the Release Station or Virtual Cash Acceptor next to the printer in BAtrium.
If you don’t have enough money on your card, your print job will not be released until money is added to your card sufficient to print the entire job.
Yes, every student is assigned space on the school server. When you are logged into your account, you may just save into the “My Documents” file. Your work will automatically be saved on your server account. You should be able to retrieve your work from any Terra computer that you are logged into. You can locate it in the “My Documents” file.
You may use the computers and copier in the Library. The librarian will collect your copying fee and release your job.
