Current Student Login Procedures
Accessing Portal and Email Accounts
You may continue using your current username and password to enter your portal and email accounts.
Logging In to Your Portal on Campus
  • Login to any computer on campus using your username and password.
  • Open Internet Explorer, and go to http://my.terra.edu
  • Click the “Student Portal” link located in the menu.
  • Result: You will enter your portal with no need to login again.
    Logging In to Your Portal off Campus
  • From any Web browser, go to http://my.terra.edu
  • Click the “Student Portal” link located in the menu.
  • Result: A login screen will appear.
  • Enter username. Be sure to delete whatever is in the username box and enter username.
  • Example: jsmith001 
  • Enter your password. (Passwords are case sensitive.)
  • Click the “OK” button.
  • Result: You will enter your portal.
    Logging In to Your Email On Campus
  • Login to any computer on campus using your username and password.
  • Open Internet Explorer, and go to http://my.terra.edu
  • Click the “Student Email” link located in the menu.
  • Result: A login screen will appear.
  • Enter your Username. Do not use terra\ in front of your user name.
  • Example: jsmith001
  • Enter your Password. (Passwords are case sensitive.)
  • Click the “Log On” button.
  • Result:You will enter your email.
    Logging In to Your Email Off Campus
  • From any Web browser, go to http://my.terra.edu
  • Click the “Student Email” link located in the menu.
  • Result: A login screen will appear.
  • Enter your Username. Do not use terra\ in front of your user name.
  • Example: jsmith001
  • Enter your Password. (Passwords are case sensitive.)
  • Click the “Log On” button.
  • Result: You will enter your email.

    Monday - Thursday --- 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

    Friday --- 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
