You may continue using your current username and password to enter your portal and email accounts.
Login to any computer on campus using your username and password.
Open Internet Explorer, and go to http://my.terra.edu
Click the “Faculty Portal” link located in the menu.
Result: You will enter your portal with no need to login again.
From any Web browser, go to http://my.terra.edu
Click the “Faculty Portal” link located in the menu.
Result: A login screen will appear.
Enter terra\username. Be sure to take out whatever is in the username box and enter
terra\username.
Example: terra\jdoe01
IMPORTANT! Remember to enter terra\ before your username. The
backslash\ used between terra and your username is found above the Enter key on your keyboard.
Enter your password. (Passwords are case sensitive.)
Click the “OK” button.
Result: You will enter your portal.

From any Web browser, go to http://my.terra.edu
Click the “Go to Employee Email” link.
Result: A login screen will appear.
Enter your Username. Do not use terra\ in front of your user name.

Enter your Password. (Passwords are case sensitive.)
Click the “Log On” button.
Result: You will enter your email.
